I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their ethical guidelines. I have ongoing supervision with a senior-accredited UKCP/BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist.
Experience
Prior to working as a therapist, my professional background centred on working with neurodiverse children with complex additional learning needs. I collaborated closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication development, emotional regulation, and behavioural guidance.
My work has also been shaped by a longstanding interest in social justice, including support roles with refugees, asylum seekers, and individuals experiencing homelessness.
Alongside my private practice, I have clinical experience through working at ELOP, an LGBTQ+ mental health and wellbeing charity, which continues to inform my inclusive, relational, and trauma-aware approach.
