What I Offer

I offer both short and long term weekly therapy sessions. Sessions are priced at £100 and last 50 minutes.

I am committed to making therapy accessible to as many individuals as possible. I have a few lower fee spots available, with clients paying the full fee enabling this reduced rate. Please don't hesitate to get in touch to hear more about a reduced fee.

I work online and in-person in Central London at:

LAPC London Analysis, Psychotherapy and Counselling, 12A Eccleston Street, London SW1W 9TL

How I Work

I work in an integrated, relational way meaning that I draw on a range of different therapeutic approaches to individualise treatment according to the needs and preferences of each client. My practice is framed by a respect for the unique cultural and social context of each individual, using this as a starting point from which to understand their mental health.

I believe therapy to be a non-hierarchical, creative and collaborative process that looks different for each client I work with. Woven into all of my work is a holistic mindset, placing equal emphasis on your embodied experience as your cognitive meaning-making process.

I work with a sensitivity to the body and the nervous system, an ear to the unconscious, and a curiosity around how relationships and early experiences have shaped you.

Reflections & Testimonials

'It is very difficult to articulate that depth of the work that Issy facilitated over the past few years. Unwaveringly kind, sensitive and curious; I am leaving our sessions having understood for the first time what it means to trust another person, and the creativity that re-emerges from that place.'
